Our Executive Staff

Neil J. Kay, President and CEONeil Kay
Neil founded Cisco Sales Corp. and California International Sales Corp. in 1977. A creative designer and inventor, Neil holds numerous patents and trademarks. He has overseen the coming to life of hundreds of innovative ideas and products.
Neil completed his education at California State University Northridge, and the University of Southern California. During college, he worked for Hiraoka & Co. Los Angeles, a Japanese based trading company, traveling to Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong to work in their Asian offices. He subsequently joined their Taipei office and handled their sourcing and inspection, as well as communications with their US office and customers.
Because of this experience, Neil understood the difficulty met by many foreigners wishing to conduct business in Asia, and Cisco was created. Long before China was opened to US citizens, Neil received a special visa through Chinese trade officials in Hong Kong, and the experience as a trade pioneer allowed him to cultivate enduring relationships throughout China’s vast manufacturing base.

With a full understanding of product engineering and manufacturing capabilities, as well as the ability to communicate in Chinese, Neil has created a dynamic, reliable, and economical procurement company for US and Canadian clients.


Jessica Sun, Director of SourcingJessica Sun
Jessica was born in China and speaks three different dialects. She graduated from University of Finance and Economy, Tianjin China, majoring in International Business. Jessica took this knowledge to Sinotrans China Foreign Trade transportation group, Tianjin Branch, where she was involved with booking shipments for exported goods. She later became a manager at Wa Tai Fashion Accessories LTD Hong Kong, where she managed an entire China-based trade team that handled client inquires, order confirmation, sample making, quality control, and production exportation.
Jessica’s education, experience, and knowledge of the Chinese culture and languages, made her an invaluable addition to Cisco in 2006. She oversees direct communications with the company’s branch offices and factories.


Cynthia Martinez, Director of LogisticsCynthia Martinez
Cynthia is a graduate of California State University Dominguez Hills. She joined Cisco in 2001 in the order processing department and has since earned promotions to the position of Director of Logistics. Cynthia’s department oversees every confirmed order within the company. She insures that all quality control inspections are completed prior to the shipment of any product. Once the shipment is underway, Cynthia supervises and coordinates the staff who arrange for customs clearance and delivery. Her hard work ensures that all deliveries arrive safely to their final destinations.


Jordan S. Kay, Premium Sales ManagerJordan S. Kay
Jordan is a University of California Berkeley graduate with an American Studies Degree in International Business/Globalization, with a concentration in “Work in the Global Economy.” As a student-athlete, Jordan played football for the California Golden Bears, as their Place Kicker and Punter. He received Pac-10 Academic honors by achieving the highest grade-point average on the Cal Football Team.

Jordan has an energetic personality, is detail oriented, and works in concert with our clients in the promotional products industry. He insures that the clients’ specifications and order requirements are understood and effectively communicated to our staff. In addition to his everyday duties, Jordan also focuses on Business Development and Client Relations.

 

Jay Chen, Import & Quality Assurance Manager                                     

Jay has been a huge asset to our company, he is a dedicated and accomplished professional who Jay_Chen.JPG.jpgoffers three years of international experience in marketing,  sales and product development. In addition, he also has fourteen years experience in insurance management, sales, supervision, recruiting, and unit manager for Aetna Insurance company.

Jay assists in communications and our sourcing department. He also runs our QA department and is a valuable tool in our overseas operations.

                                                                                                           

Louis Palacios, Marketing Manager & Sales

Louis has over 4 years experience in sales and Marketing; working with various Aerospace and new media companies. With clients such as MTV Networks, Playboy Publishing, CBS Outdoor, Lamar Marketing and Comedy Central Networks, he has a broad knowledge of Marketing techniques and campaigns In addition, he has prior knowledge in Aerospace management working for Northrop Grumman on various NASA and DoD programs.

Louis has joined us to head-up our Marketing Department and spearhead our online Marketing Strategies. Along with his marketing planning, he will also be assisting in online sales and Business Development.
